The Certified Facility Management Manager (FMM) program is a nationally accredited, CIDB-aligned certification designed for professionals who manage complex facilities and engineering assets.
It is a Level 5 certification under the National Occupational Skill Standard (NOSS) , equivalent to a diploma-level qualification.
This program goes beyond basic facility management training.
It equips you with the industry-backed competencies needed to plan, coordinate, organize, monitor, control, and manage facilities throughout their entire lifecycle—from planning and construction to operation and maintenance.

The Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) is a statutory body established under the CIDB Act 1994 (Act 520).
It operates under the purview of the Ministry of Works Malaysia and is tasked with regulating, developing, and promoting the construction industry in Malaysia.
This is the highest authority in the construction industry including Facility Management, making the highly credible and recognized.
