2. Enrollment and Access

  • Enrollment Period
    Your active enrollment lasts one year from your registration date. After one year, your access will be suspended, and you must re-enroll to regain entry.

  • Program Removal
    We reserve the right to remove you from the program—and revoke site access—if you:

  • Exceed the one-year enrollment period without re-enrolling

  • Share site materials without prior written consent

  • Engage in misconduct or harassment

  • Fail to meet CIDB approval requirements

Removal decisions are at our sole discretion and are final.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Copy, download, or distribute materials beyond your personal study

  • Impersonate others or share another’s login credentials

  • Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights

  • Use the site for commercial purposes without permission

 

 

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

4.1. Ownership: All content on this site—including but not limited to text, graphics, slides, videos, and documents—is the exclusive intellectual property of HTS Engineering And Consultancy Services Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4.2. Limited, Revocable License: Access to the materials is provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license. This license is for your personal, non-commercial study and review only.

4.3. Rights Reserved by HTS Engineering:

HTS Engineering And Consultancy Services Sdn. Bhd. reserves the sole and absolute right to determine the manner, format, and extent to which its proprietary materials are accessed and used.

 

This includes, but is not limited to, the explicit right to control and differentiate how content is delivered; we may provide certain materials as downloadable resources while restricting others to view-only access within the platform, at our sole discretion.

The availability of any feature that allows for the retention of a local copy is determined solely by us and does not imply a grant of rights beyond what is explicitly stated for that specific file. We are under no obligation to provide all content in the same format and may change the access permissions for any material at any time

4.4. Strictly Prohibited Actions: Any attempt to circumvent the platform's access controls is a material breach of this agreement. You expressly agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials or otherwise permit any third party to access the materials.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any content or the platform itself.

 

5. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your account and remove content at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Any decisions made by HTS Engineering And Consultancy Services Sdn. Bhd regarding your account status are final.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

All materials are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the site.
