Who is CIDB?
The Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) is the statutory body established under Act 520 to regulate and develop the Malaysian construction industry.

They are the government authority under the Ministry of Works that sets the standards, rules, and direction for how the construction industry operates.

This is the highest authority in the construction industry including Facility Management, making the certification highly credible and recognized.

How to Enroll:
Eligibility Criteria

Age: 35 years and above.
​

Experience: Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience
​

Professional Accreditation: Must already be an Accredited Facility Management Manager (FME05) with CIDB.
The Application Process via CIMS
All applications must be submitted online through CIDB's Construction Industry Management System (CIMS) portal.
